OMODA is expanding its lineup in the UK with the launch of the 5 SHS-H, its first self-charging hybrid model. Orders open in March 2026, with prices starting at £25,740 for the Knight trim and £29,240 for the top-spec Noble model.
The 5 SHS-H combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with a 1.83kWh battery, producing a total of 204PS. Its 51-litre fuel tank provides a range of over 650 miles, while achieving 53mpg on the WLTP cycle - perfect for drivers looking to reduce fuel stops without changing their driving habits.
Both trim levels come with modern technology and comfort features. The Knight model offers 18-inch alloy wheels, LED lights, dual 12.3-inch displays, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Noble trim adds a 540-degree camera, an eight-speaker Sony sound system, heated and ventilated front seats, and ambient lighting, making it ideal for those seeking a more premium experience.
